Cracckify started with a pattern we kept seeing: talented Java developers doing solid work at their jobs, yet stuck on small appraisals and failing interviews they were technically capable of clearing.
The problem wasn’t skill. Job performance doesn’t guarantee interview performance. Product companies test differently, recruiters can’t find developers whose profiles are invisible, and most people prepare randomly from scattered YouTube playlists and LeetCode streaks they abandon in weeks.
Jeevan Kumar, a Java backend engineer, began mentoring developers through exactly this gap. Abhishek joined to build what mentoring alone couldn’t: the structure, systems and community that let it reach thousands of developers instead of a handful.
